How old/what height is required to ride?

All riders must have a valid wristband or tickets/credits and meet the posted height, weight, and safety requirements for each ride.

Can I bring outside food and beverages?

At West Coast Amusements only events, we allow outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. No alcohol permitted. Fair locations can have no outside-food policies so it’s best to check with each individual fair and event before bringing outside food.

What is included with my unlimited wristband? 

Unlimited wristbands include access to West Coast Amusements rides for the day of use. Some attractions, games, and concessions require additional payment.

Can I leave and return the same day?

Same-day re-entry is allowed at most events. You must keep your wristband on.

Be sure to get a stamp at the gate (if applicable) at fairs for re-entry.

Where do I get information at the fair?

Visit the WCA Midway Office, Customer Service Trailer, or speak with any West Coast Amusements team member for assistance.

What rides can younger children go on?

We offer a wide variety of rides for children and families.

What are your refund and weather policies?

Events operate rain or shine. Rides may pause for safety in inclement weather. All sales are final—no refunds or rain checks.

Do you accept Access 2 Cards?

Yes. Purchase a wristband for the Access 2 member, then visit the WCA Midway Office for assistance. A support person may ride as needed, everyone must meet ride requirements and have official credentials.

Is there an admission fee to enter the midway?

There is no admission fee to enter the midway. However, some fairs may charge a separate gate admission. Please check your event page for details.

What attractions might be fun for younger children?

We offer a wide variety of rides designed just for kids and families. Visit our Rides section to view descriptions and height requirements.

Do I need to accompany my child on the rides?

Depending on the ride and your child’s height, a paying adult may be required to accompany them.

Can we share a wristband?

No. Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be shared or refunded. Any wristband that has been shared will be removed without refund. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on misuse.

When is the best time to visit the midway?

Midway hours vary by event. Please visit our website schedule or check our social media channels for the most up-to-date information.

Can I bring a wheelchair, stroller, or wagon on the midway?

Yes, wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome on the midway. West Coast Amusements is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

What security measures are in place?

Safety is our top priority. We work closely with our fair partners and local authorities to provide a safe and secure environment at every event.

Are there places to sit throughout the midway?

Yes, there are seating areas available throughout the midway, including benches and shaded spaces for guests to relax.

What happens if I get separated from my group?

If you become separated from your group, please look for the closest West Coast Amusements employee with a radio, or visit the West Coast Amusements Office, or guest services. We’d be happy to assist you.

What type of payment is accepted on the midway?

We accept cash, credit and debit. Please note some of our events also accept magic money credits. All sales are final—no refunds or rain checks. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands, Magic Money, or tickets.

How can I contact Lost and Found?

Please email hello@westcoastamusements.com if the event is still open. After the event all items found on the midway are left with the local event organizer and fair management.

By entering a West Coast Amusements event, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with West Coast Amusements including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
