West Coast Amusements is actively involved in various organizations, including the OABA, BC Fairs Association, BC Ride Safety Board, Western Canadian Fairs, Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions, International Association of Fairs and Expositions, NW Showmen’s League, and Showmen’s League of America. Our executives have served on the boards of the Showmen’s League of America, OABA, Northwest Showmen’s Club, and Royal Hawaiian Showmen’s Club.

Bingo Hauser

Hall of Fame Inductee

Bingo's lifelong dedication to the business earned him a distinguished honor as an inductee into the Outdoor Amusement Business Association's (OABA) Hall of Fame. The recognition was particularly moving for Bingo, who received his trophy while watching a heartfelt video tribute to his life in front of an audience of about 500 people. He described the moment as the Oscars of Show Business. His accolades also include induction into the Showman's League of America Hall of Fame, alongside renowned figures like Walt Disney and Buffalo Bill. Additionally, Bingo served as President of the Royal Hawaiian Showmen's Club, President of the Northwest Showmen's Club, and was a lifetime member of the Port Alberni Kinsmen Club. He also contributed to the B.C. Safety Board for Amusement Devices and the B.C. Electrical Task Force for the Outdoor Entertainment Business.

Jackie Hauser

Show Person of the Year

Among her many achievements, Jackie Hauser served as the President of the Ladies Auxiliary Showmen's League of America in 2004 and was honored as the Show Person of the Year in 2011 by the Northwestern Showmen's Club. She was also an active member of the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions, Western Canada Fairs, and BC Fairs & Events.

Bob and Wendy

Decades of Impact

Both Bob and Wendy were active members of various organizations, including the BC Fairs Association, BC Ride Safety Board, Western Canadian Fairs, Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions, St. Louis Showmen’s League, San Francisco Showmen’s League, Showmen’s League of America, OABA, Northwest Showmen’s Club, and Royal Hawaiian Showmen’s Club. Bob served on the boards of the Showmen’s League of America, OABA, Northwest Showmen’s Club, and Royal Hawaiian Showmen’s Club. Both Bob and Wendy held the Presidency of the Northwest Showmen’s Club, and Bob also served as President of the Royal Hawaiian Showmen’s Club. He received the prestigious Show Person of the Year award in 2005 from the Northwest Showmen’s Club. Bob was also inducted into the prestigious OABA Hall of Fame in 2025.

Robbie Hauser

Service Member of the Year

Under the leadership of Robbie Hauser, West Coast Amusements has brought joy and entertainment to countless communities across Western Canada, participating in some of the country’s largest Stampedes and Exhibitions. Robbie Hauser was presented the Service Member of the Year Award from the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions in 2025.
